The Nordic Ware Wildflower Loaf and Keeper is elegant and perfect for any loaf baking and storage needs. This pan is made of Cast aluminum for crisp details and even baking and browning. Ferns and flowers form a vibrant array atop this fresh & lovely loaf, you'll be amazed with the great detail you easily bake into your loaf! Top with powder sugar or glaze to accentuate the flowers even more. This pan can be used for any occasion where flowers are appropriate (which is always)! 6-cup capacity This pan is oven safe to 400 degrees. Before initial use and after subsequent uses, hand wash with warm, soapy water. Extended soaking is not recommended.
The translucent lid and blue base is ideal for serving and storing loaf cakes. Place your freshly baked loaf cake inside, lock in the cover on top, you're now ready for transportation to and from the party. Beautiful quality bakeware

I had one of these pans in the Wildflower design. The cakes come out beautiful. Just a light dusting of confectionery sugar accents the detail. I loved it so much, I purchased this set as a gift. I love the storage/carrier. I love Nordic ware. High quality that will last a lifetime.

Bakes evenly and produces a "WOW" presentation!

This pan feels very substantial and is made of high quality heavy cast aluminum. I was very pleased with the banana bread I made in as it baked very evenly and consistently. I used a light coating of cooking spray and the bread easily turned out after cooling with nothing left stuck on the inside. The top design is ornate and detailed and makes for a very lovely presentation. I would say to be careful that the pan is seated flat on your oven rack because I didn't notice that mine was a bit tilted due to the floral design protruding and caused my loaf to be a tad lopsided. The set includes a pretty loaf cake keeper with a lid that sealed very well and is transparent so you can see how much is left - a vast improvement over plastic wrap or foil. It comes complete with a scalloped edge around the bottom and I felt good knowing that the plastic is BPA & Melamine-Free. Nordic Ware has been established since 1946 (per the label) and I can see why - this is a pan I would be happy to pass along to my daughters.

Easy clean up and lovely desigh

This loaf pan was a delight to use. The pumpkin bread I made was moist and full of flavor. The design imprint was very lovely, and came thru perfectly. The bread easily came out of the pan, which is a major plus. The holder made it easy to travel and keep fresh.
