It has been a roller coaster with this purchase. I initially purchased the wrong tires which wasn’t discovered until they had my tires off. Ordered the correct tires and was told 3-5 days . When j didn’t hear back after a week , I called to find out what was going on , only to be transferred to a central location . After many frustrating phone calls , I finally spoke to Erika at my store who helped me along , Finally went for my appointment yesterday , and after being told it would only take about an hour , 2 1/2 hours later I had new tires on my car. The weirdest thing was that they asked me to back my car out of the garage…it’s a stuck shift . I thought it was against policy to let anyone in the work area ? Oh well , my baby looks great on her new shoes !

Exceeding my expectation

Tires are good but the installation was horrible. Two of the tires weren’t even beaded up on the wheel and when I told him that he would have to balance them again he said that they would be fine
