Duel Functioning Capsules

This product works better for me than other magnesium products.  The Glycinate does not upset my digestive system liek the other stuff does.

Magnesium helps your over all body health in so many ways. These are priced great, and are capsule form, which makes them easy to swallow.

This is a high quality Magnesium Glycinate product.  I had read some research on the fact that it is metabolized differently and more efficiently.  And having used this now for approx 6 months I have to say I think it is a better magnesium supplement

This product helps me to be sure I'm getting enough magnesium. Most people don't know that there are different forms of magnesium, so please do your research before choosing one of the other forms. I've tried other forms, but this one seems to work best with my guts!! A win-win!

Been taking for about 2 weeks.  I wanted to try this because I had heard it helps with sleep.    I have not seen any difference, but i will continue taking and see if needs longer time to work.

665mg on front label,  120mg on back label. This is very deceiving advertising. Still don't know how this product compares to other magnesium.
