I am relaxed and sleeping better. I have tried other products without success. This works. I tried Ashwagandha and could not tolerate it but I can easily tolerate L-Theanine. Thumbs up.

I was buying a different brand of L-Theanine at a lower dose for years.  Sam's has a larger package of a higher dose at a fantastic price.  I took the chance and I am very pleased with these.  The quality of my sleep has improved with the higher dose.  Try them!

i like the L theanine ... i take it with coffee ... it works for me so far .. i feel more calm, i think im sleeping better or at least im having a deeper sleep, and lastly, i feel like im having clearer thoughts.
