It works really good especially if you can't take the big Musinex pills I will say the taste is terrible but probably why it works so good..

Cough medicine

I bought Mucinex Cough for my little boy who was really keeping me up at night with his coughing and choking on his phlegm. I didn't want to spend another night up worrying so I decided to try Mucinex. I had my doubts due to web md saying cough syrups and decongestants don't really work. Well I'm so glad they were wrong! Within 20 minutes my little boy stopped coughing. I had to make him force a cough so I can listen to how much phlegm was on there. Well the phlegm improoved significantly! We slept all night like babies. No coughing, no phlegm rattling, no choking, nothing! Mucinex Cough is a life saver and sleep saver! I'm just so glad I didn't have to be up worrying. This product wad even better than I expected!

this works great when your child has phlegm that he or she cannot get up by clearing their throat several times. weve used this for awhile now, and i keep 3 bottles on hand all the time, ready for any season with the 2 kids. as a matter of fact, us adults keep the adult mucinex pills on hand for the same problem because this stuff works very well.
as far as shipping. walmart gets their items to you ASAP. im very happy with their customer service too.
