Very Happy with this unit wish I would have bought it first. I bought 2 others thar had died within moments of installation. It also took days to get my money refunded. So nope we went to Sam's loaded this up. Easy installation and it is quieter than the last one and puts out more cold air than the stronger unit. I holy recommend this.

Works so nice I may gift one to my sister.

We’ll see how this works long term. Overall, two of these plus a third smaller unit in a bedroom manage to keep our 1900sqft home comfortable. We live in an area that sees low 90s on the hottest of days. They cool our house but probably would not do the same in Texas/Arizona etc 

Super quiet. App controls are nice. Very energy efficient relative to an older 10k unit they replaced. Similar units from big hardware stores are nearly twice the price of Sam’s.

Nice price on a 12k inverter unit

AC unit is great. But ordered online for pickup. Got to store on Capital Blvd in Raleigh NC and circled parking lot twice looking for signs for parking spaces for pickup. No signs.  Found where they painted numbers on parking spaces for pickup BUT the employees parked their vehcles there and back in their cars. Had to go into store and take to car myself.  Not ordering for pickup from this location again. Sams club on South Saunders street has clearly marked spaces, with signs, and no employees backed into spaces.

Unit is great, pick up experience terrible

Excellent cooling for my 20 x 24 garage. Very quiet compared to my 30 yr old a/c that it replaced. Fits in the small window and enjoy keeping the humidity down. Too many extra controls for my liking, but great for those that need them. I only needed on/off and temp control. But everything today has the extra functions. Totally satisfied and am going to get one for over the garage room that presently only has heat available.

Excellent Unit

This media smart unit has been the best thing i have done this summer myvlast media saved me over 100 dollars a month the last 2 summers but they had a major recall on them so i am hoping these do the same.

Midea smart units are amazing.

Unit came in Perfect Condition, well packaged. 

I've only been using this unit 3 weeks. It's installed in a non insulated storage shed and keeps it considerably cooler than my old unit. I have it hooked up with Emporia energy monitoring. I can see where the Inverter design steps down the power usage when it can. In the heat of the day it uses straight up power of 710 watts ( that's when the outside temp is 0ver 93 degrees)

So far I'm well pleased.

​We bought this Midea AC for our attic room—and if you know anything about attics, you know how incredibly hot they can get. It has been working absolutely great to keep my son's room cool and comfortable. The design looks really nice, it has a lot of great modes to choose from, and the compressor is surprisingly quiet.
​Installation was pretty easy, but fair warning: this unit is pretty heavy! Make sure you have some extra help and proper support ready when you go to install it. The only real downside we experienced was trying to connect it to our Google Home. The setup process put us through a lot of hassle before it finally worked. But honestly, if you just need a powerful, reliable AC to keep a hot room cool, this is absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

great AC

We purchased this A/C a little over a month ago but didn't install it because of the cool weather. We have since been using it about a week, we are very pleased. It was so quiet compared to our last unit, we awoke and thought it was off.

Great Unit

The unit is the quietest A/C I have ever had. There are no spikes in the temperature while unit is running. No temp goes below set point turns off and temp goes above set point I installed and the thermometer sets at 72 and stalls there.

Great A/C unit.

Started using it for about 2 weeks now and it works fine, but after the first week so I noticed that whenever I put the mode in cool and fan in low there's an unwanted mechanical noise coming from the inside of the ac. So Im keeping an eye on it. No problems with the installation and I'll update in a few weeks or maybe months if anything goes wrong. For now since theres no problem whatsoever I'll give it a 4 star.

Bought 3 AC (8000 BTU)

We were very thoughtful in our choice, made sure ewe had the right BTUs for the room size, etc. Unfortunately, once it was installed and turned on, the results are very disappointing.  It doesn't cool the room worth a darn. We have to put a fan on with the air conditioner to stay cool.
