I started buying this Member's Mark sirloin tip for meal prep, and honestly, it's one of the best deals at Sam's. The meat is really good quality — tender, flavorful, and cooks up great on the grill or stovetop. I usually cut it into about 10–15 steaks depending on how thick I slice them, and it ends up saving me a ton of money compared to buying individual steaks or eating out.

I season and portion everything for the week, freeze a few packs, and it makes meal prep so much easier. Definitely recommend this if you like having good steak on hand without paying restaurant prices.

Convenience of steaks

It's beef !  I sent this through my electric grinder.  I had to grind it twice because there was a lot of gristle and connective tissue.  Grinder took care of that.  Otherwise it was fine.  Made tasty ground beef.  Hamburgers and meatloaf etc..  Not sure how it would be as a roast. Decent price for beef, although my grocery store often has beef (usually round) on sale for the same or lower price.  Sam's is not ALWAYS the lowest price around.

GOOD

I bought this for our Christmas dinner - it was delicious!  Definitely bigger/more than we needed.  I think if I were to buy it again, I would butcher it into a smaller roast and then make steaks with the other part. (I found a YouTube video that showed how to butcher one of these roasts)

Perfect for our Christmas dinner

I absolutely love this sirloin tip roast! It’s a bit of a job to cut up into smaller chunks and to remove the silver skin or fat. It’s cooks up very tender and delicious!

MEAT

Very versitile cut of beef, I like to buy in whole tip cuts then do final cutting for our own purpose of stews, steaks, stir fry and soups.  Beef prices are beginning to hurt our budget quite a bit so we'll be cutting back some.  Mo chicken, yuk!

Versatile cut great beef flavor

I look for the really red moist and juicy looking sirloins...and even though I haven't burned it yet I can tell its going to be delicious. That's why I shop "meat" at Sams Club!

Red is the best!

The price was really good but unfortunately, I purchased 3 packs of this meat and one of them even when exp date on the label was good, when I went home and opened it, the meat was bad. It had a very bad smell. I spent $68 on this pack and had to throw it away. Sent an email and never got a response back. Love buying from Sam's club, but never buying meats there again

Went to waste.

Terrible store, no customer service, mindless associates.  Tell them about the molded bread, they give money back.  Then don't remove the product from the sales floor.  I bought another, opened the outer package to verify no mold, but when I arrived home my daughter opened it to eat.  Mold was present under the packaging. 
REMOVE THESE MOLDED PACKAGES.
No where else have I experienced this kind of foolishness at a club.  We have shopped Sams clubs across the southwest. Arizona, New Mexico, Utah.
None are comparable to this store/warehouse.
It's like they just want you to go away,  they have other customers to rip off.

Terrible store

This was a terrible cut of meat. There were tendons and fat all throughout. Had to throw 1/3 away.

I have bought sirloin roasts before to cut into steaks at other locations, this one was old and smelled bad. The guy in the meat cutting area was rude and ignoring all customers. Very disappointed since I lost a lot of money on that roast.
