The product was packaged well and delivered by DHL via USPS.  The shipper wisely taped both lids so there was no leaking.  The push button dispenser works well and stops with no drips.  The smell is very good (we say about 70% Berry, 30% Vanilla).  The 170oz bottle says it is ultra-concentrated so we always use the smallest amount (A on their included measuring lid) for all load sizes.  On our LG front load washing machine we fill the rest of the softener dispenser with warm water - this helps keep the LG dispenser clean.  We have seen no marking on our clothes, even the slicker (microfiber?) ones.  Overall the product works as expected but cost less than the name brands - highly recommended.

Member's Mark fabric softener scent is fabulous. The scent is long lasting without being overpowering. After the use, I noticed how much softer and fresher my clothes felt—and smelled! It gives laundry “just-washed” freshness for days. What I love most is how gentle it is on all fabrics. Whether it's everyday clothes, towels, or bedsheets, everything comes out of the dryer feeling smooth and cozy. I've also noticed less static and fewer wrinkles. A little goes a long way, so the bottle lasts a while—definitely worth the price. If you're looking to upgrade your laundry game, I highly recommend this fabric softener. It's the perfect finishing touch to make your clothes feel brand new. The container design is very ergonomic.

Long Lasting Scent And Freshness

I’ve tried several softeners but struggled with the heavy scents.  This Fabric Softener Berry Vanilla is just right!  The softener helps me keep my tops and pants from being very wrinkled.  I also really like the way my clothes smell with the softener.  Soft clothes that smell good are great!

Love the scent!

I’ve never really been one to use fabric softener so I had nothing to lose trying the Member’s Mark brand. First off the scent is incredible! It smells fresh and delicious, which is strange to say about your clothes but I can still smell it throughout the day. It made my worn and rough towels feel softer and fluffier again. For 251 loads at $10.98, this is one heck of a deal!

Amazing scent and super soft laundry!

I used this fabric softener in a load of clothes as soon as I received it. The bottle was sealed well and nothing leaked out in transit. The first thing that I noticed was the very nice smell of it. Once my clothes were done, the smell of the clothes was very pleasant. My clothes were soft, and not wrinkled when they were finished drying.

A great smelling softner

Love the scent of this fabric softener. I have washed several loads of laundry and clothes feel soft. I like that when the clothes come out of the dryer they are not clinging to each other or have static. My clothes still retain the scent of the softener which is nice. I like this softener can be used in high efficiency machines.

Softener that last

I was worried about the smell being too much. I was wrong. This has a vanilla with a slight berry smell. It made my clothes smell amazing and they were super soft with zero staining like some softners. A big BONUS was my entire floor my washer is on smells of vanilla and berry. I will be looking for this at my local Sam's. 10/10 recommend

Amazing smell and super soft clothes

First of all the delivery was great. Box had a delicate sticker to keep upright and when open the package it was nicely pack and tape on both sides of the openings. I use this softener several times and fell in love with the scent. I was surprise because I was a little hesitated to use. Thinking it might be overwhelming and I really didn’t think I was going to like the scent. I was wrong , the scent is lightly scented. Softener keeps clothes soft and it gets the job done with its low price point. It’s a winner in my book and I look toward to switching and purchasing. Pick one up today, you won’t regret.

Nice Surprising scent

This fabric softener smells great.  I do thave a ball for softener so I use the middle of agitator to add to the laundry. I normally use the beads as I like the smell to last longer.
This liquid fabric softener does what it is supposed to and soften the towels ans sheets but the scent does not last beyond the wash cycle. Coming out of the dryer you cannot smell the fabric softener. Which is just a personal opinion but it why I gave three stars.

Good but not great

The Members Mark Liquid Fabric Softner Vanilla Berry Scent did not hit the mark for me. There were no significant identifying characteristics that would make me choose this again. The scent was barely noticable. The softner part was functional, but it is also a lot less viscous than I am used to.
