This set is perfect. The furniture is well made and attractive. The cushions are soft, deep and comfortable. The delivery I paid for was not 'white glove'. That said, the delivery guys put the three very large boxes exactly where I specified. The delivery was precisely on time. I had occasion to call Sam's customer service before the delivery, and they were excellent. They called the trucking company on my behalf, called me back on a timely basis and followed up quickly to answer my questions.

Five stars start to finish

I am immensely pleased with myself for pulling the trigger on this seat. Very well made and to say it is comfortable is an understatement. The protection covers are indeed a plus. Opulence is well stated in this set.

I LOVE my new patio furniture!  It is very well made, sturdy, super comfortable, nice neutral color. The packaging was the best I've ever seen. The fact that it comes with covers for everything was icing on the cake!

The wood grain and steel pattern on the coffee table in the herringbone pattern is unique and so stylish. The wicker is sturdy and thick, and will last for years. The cushions are made of a thick canvas type ￼material and are yet so soft and fluffy, I definitely could relax on this set for hours. This is the perfect set for hosting a girls night out on the back porch or book club or even a game night. This set will leave you with no reason to go back inside.

This is a nice set.  The swivel chairs are incredibly comfortable - true deep seating.  However, the sofa is not, in my opinion, deep seating; it is substantially less deep than the chairs.  I also think the cushions lack substantial weight - they back cushions fall forward everyday.

Pretty Good Quality...

Wasn't happy with the shipping company. I set a date for delivery 3 times and it was declined. I called them and they told me they'll call me whenever they're ready. The boxes are labeled do not use forklift and they still did because one box was damaged with holes from forklift. The table was damaged from shipping company.

Do not except damage boxes from shippers

Have had this set for two and half years, they are very comfortable, however all the cushions developed mold and mildew. My set sits under a covered patio not exposed to rain or direct sun.  I called Sunbrella and they flat out said clean it with water and clorox and water, which I did and it made it worse. I hate that I paid so much for something that should be resistant to mildew and did not even last 3 years. Its outright embarrassing to invite someone over to sit and lounge on mildew furniture! Sunbrella should have made it right by replacing the cushions, I got a quote to recover all the cushions and its $1500 !! Do not buy this brand unless you can buy and extended warranty because you will be stuck with with mildewed furniture !!
