After many many years we finally decided to clean up our patio area of the mush mosh various chairs collected over the years and buy a new dining set with a extra large table.  This one fit the bill and is so beautiful!! No problems with assembling the chairs and table.  The drop leaf in table hides in the middle. All we have to do is pull the table from each end and the extra length table top pops up into place!! Very smoothie operating system. We also bought the umbrella that’s rectangle 10 ft long.  
This set is made very well it’s definitely higher end than those sets sold in most stores.  The side chairs are stackable which is nice if you only need 4-6 out for daily use. 
I highly recommend this dining set! You won’t be disappointed!

Patio dining table is wonderful!!!

Table and chairs are good quality.  Table extension is a bonus.  The packaging that the table came in was badly damaged and we thought the contents would be damaged as well, but were pleasantly surprised that the table and chaired were packed well inside the shipping box and not damaged.

Good value for the money

We bought this table to accommodate company for dinner, and find we want to eat outside every night.  The table easily converts from a table for 8 to 10 or 12. Chairs are comfortable and lightweight enough to easily move around yet still substantial.  We added back cushions to each chair.  Great table for the price.

Very pleased!

This is something we really wanted 9pc set that is really the talk of the day everyone  loved sitting and having a great time it really can set 12 people cook.  We also ordered the umbrella and can't wait to get and enjoyed with friends and family on Easter Sunday.  Our patio looks spectacular and the light grey color of the cushions are very comfortable. Excellent condition

LOVE LOVE LOVE this set! Waited for 2 years and saved to buy it. It did arrive with damage to one of the tracks--fortunately my husband (who is VERY handy) was able to fix it, but it did take him over an hour and we had to disassemble it even more than how it arrived.  Fixed ourselves because I didn't want to have to wait for a new one to ship or box the broken one up and have to ship it back.  With these bigger shipped items I always expect some level of damage (how can you not) so still rated as 5 stars.  Hopefully this will last a lifetime!

Beautiful piece!!

I've been looking for years for an 8 person patio table and I was so excited to find this! It is a beautiful set and the extendable table is a bonus. Delivery was great, two huge boxes with all the pieces. Assembly was easy, it took my husband and I about 2 hours to remove all of the packaging and put the table together. It took us a bit to figure out how to use and lock the extension piece into place, but we figured it out. As other reviewers have said, the chairs are lightweight but not in a bad way. Looking forward to many summer days and nights enjoying this set with friends and family!

Beautiful Patio Table!

My favorite part of this set is the extension table! So easy to extend that a child could do it. The same with making the table smaller again. The table seems stable any way you have it. Already have had a friend buy the set also because she was so impressed by the set. Chairs are comfortable. Love the firm cushions also.

Best set ever!

Delivery was so helpful in getting my table in the backyard. Item was packaged well and no scratches or dents. Chair pads are more of a tan/grey and look great. Table and chairs are as described. Looks amazing. Solid but chairs are not too heavy to move.   Chairs are comfortable and not slouchy. Just what I was hoping for.

Great purchase!

Nice table but arrived with 3” gouge which exposed the metal and was not noticed until legs were attached/assembled and we flipped it over and saw the top.  Trying to reach customer service by email but the capcha won’t allow the email to be sent.  Hopefully manufacturer can send paint for repair?

Damaged surface on table top

Not to hard to set up. The table has a nice weight to it, but the chairs could be heavier. The set is a nice set as a whole but I would caution on the side of buying another set ever. Many of the chairs have a rough feel to them and when you set in them they have put holes and snags in many peoples clothing. It truly is a let down and disappointment spending so much money on a big set for my whole family to enjoy together. I wish it could be fixed because other than that (though it is nearly a deal breaker for me) it is a nice set.

Nice set, but put holes in your clothes!

Beautiful set BUT...our table top came defective. It will not open and is very unlevel.  After multiple calls with Sam's Club and the manufacturer we will get a replacement top in 3-4 months.  Summer will be over.  We are also responsible for disposing of the old table top and have to move the old table and the new table again onto our patio (up and down several steps).  So if it is not defective you will love it, otherwise you will not be happy!
