Essential Seasoning Vegetables for Your Kitchen

Garlic, onions, and shallots are among the most popular vegetables used to enhance the flavor of dishes. Each brings its unique taste and aroma, making them indispensable in cooking. Garlic offers a bold and robust flavor, onions provide a versatile and savory touch, while shallots deliver a milder, slightly sweet profile. These vegetables are perfect for elevating your culinary creations.

Simple Tips for Growing Garlic, Onions, and Shallots

These vegetables are easy to grow and make a wonderful addition to your edible garden. Start by planting them in well-drained soil that has been loosened. Space garden rows 12-24 inches apart and ensure the tops of the bulbs are just covered with soil. Regularly control weeds with shallow cultivation and water thoroughly after planting and during dry periods.

    Harvesting and Planting Techniques

For optimal results, harvest garlic, onions, and shallots when they are fully matured and allow them to air dry. When planting garlic, break bulbs apart and separate them into individual cloves before placing them in the soil. These simple steps will help you enjoy a bountiful harvest of flavorful vegetables for your kitchen.

    Do not buy

If I could give zero stars I would! Packaging said they were rooted blueberries. They were not rooted at all two dead twigs.
