Excellent cheese, as good or better than the national brands. Very good bargain as well. Highly recommended.

Needs more taste to me. It’s good not Great!

Cheese is a commodity that I wish was more consistant the extra sharp is sometimes not as sharp as even a normal cheddar. However even the expensive brands are having the same issues at the same rate in my experience so this is a good alternative. I do find the external salt content on member mark is less than the more expensive brands, but the actual Sharpness is not necessary related I end up mixing the cheese blocks to get a more consistant sharp.

Cheddar

While the price is great, the label is not exactly accurate. The extra sharp isn’t extra sharp  it’s  mild.

Great price but mislabeled

Cheddar Cheese when stored air tight is molding quicker than it use to do especially the last two times I have purchased it.
