Member's Mark Chicken Thighs, Case, priced per pound

Member’s Mark™ Fresh, Bone-In, Chicken Thighs are the “porterhouse” of the chicken world. With a slightly higher fat content than leaner cuts of chicken comes amped up flavor for a delicious, healthier alternative to beef, with significantly less fat per serving than red meat. It’s the best of both worlds! Bone-in chicken thighs are just as flexible as their boneless, skinless counterparts, because they’re great for grilling, baking, poaching, broiling, and for cooking in an air-fryer. They easily take-on your favorite seasonings, rubs, and marinades to serve as a stand-alone cut or as an addition to any meal. Conveniently packaged for 2-3 servings per perforated pouch (feeds 2-3 people), Member’s Mark™ Bone-In Chicken Thigh packages offer flexibility to use only what you want and freeze or refrigerate the rest.

Blazing Chicken Marinade

1. Marinate for 2-4 hours: Combine (in a food storage bag) 1 cup soy sauce, ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp black pepper, 2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 2 tbsp salt, 1/3 cup lemon juice, ½ cup red wine vinegar, 1/3 cup lemon juice, ¾ cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp dry mustard.
2. Add 6-8 bone-in chicken thighs, seal bag, and mix well. Refrigerate on plate until ready to use.
3. Preheat grill.
4. Place bone-in chicken thighs on medium-high grill and cook until chicken is opaque in the center, turning twice while grilling, until thighs reach an internal temperature of 175 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and a lettuce salad or roasted asparagus. Viola! Enjoy.
