Our box has sat in the freezer for probably about 9 months (it got "lost" behind a couple of things), we had some today, and they are fantastic! I don't get the bad reviews, because we can't wait until they come back in stock at the holidays!

Tasty!

The brie melted out of the phyllo and onto the baking pan.  They also needed longer baking time - 12 to 14 min.

Need improvement

The cheese inside had a fishy, salty taste. The crust was great but my daughter said the cheese tasted old. My son took one bite and threw the rest of them in the garbage...Will not buy again.

Disgusting!

We recently purchased Brie Bites from Sam's Club, looking forward to the warm, melted deliciousness of the cheese and the crisp flaky phyllo.  
Sadly, I was disappointed.  There is too much phyllo and this overwhelms the brie, even though there is a relatively decent size ball of cheese tucked in amongst the wrap.  There was a musty taste that was overwhelming, too.  I was expecting a creamy buttery flavor usually associated with brie and got an occasional hint of it, but it couldn't compete with the musty flavor.  We won't buy these again.
