Ground Meat

Quality ground beef at a reasonable price.  I like that it's pre-portioned into 1lb packages.  I freeze them and pull them out the day before I want to cook them.  Would recommend.

Member's Mark 85/15 Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef

This ground beef is top quality, the fact that it is organic and grass fed beef you can definitely taste the difference!  I stay stocked up and keep several packages in my garage freezer.  Tastes great in sauces, sloppy joes, shepherd's pie, no grease either!

Great Value, Even Better Taste

This is excellent quality ground beef. It tastes much fresher than non-organic options and the 85/15 lean-to-fat ratio is perfect for burgers or tacos. Very happy with this purchase!

Best value for organic beef

I love being able to purchase these freezer-ready packs of grass fed beef. I appreciate the quality and the ease of being able to pop these into the freezer for later use. 90% of recipes call for one pound of ground beef, and these are perfect.

We have bought this a few times now and it is really good.  We are glad to be able to get it in store!

Great beef!

The price equates to $6.24 per pound which is a little high, but it is grass-fed and it didn't bother my guts. I have Crohn's and it is hard for me to eat beef or find grass-fed beef that doesn't bother me. I am safe with this product. Minus 1 star for the exorbitant price.

Hardly any grease!

This ground beef has too much sinew to actual meat ratio. Not a high quality beef. 
I made meatloaf with it - it was like eating rubber plastic
Not a bad price for the value.

Too much sinew

This meat had lots of gristly pieces in it.  I returned it. Very disappointed.

Would not buy again

It is so disgusting that I bothered myself enough to log in and write this review. Holy cow, this can't be actual meat. It is either lab grown or belongs to another animal. No smell, no taste, no maillard reaction.
