I received a free sample for my honest review... and it's delicious!  I don't really even care for coconut, and I would eat this again.  Lots of coconut flavor with each bite, icing is rich and tasty and just thick enough to satisfy.  Coconut lovers will want this cake!

I received a free sample for my honest review.  the cake was delicious.  i loved that it had a lot of coconut both part of the cake and on the outside frosting.  the frosting was actually better than i was expecting, but still a buttercream frosting, and can be a bit sweet on bites with a lot of frosting.  cake texture was awesome.  moist and fluffy.

This coconut cake was delicious! I loved that the icing tasted like coconut even if it was too sweet for me. My kids loved the sweetness. I think if there was more icing between the layers, instead of thick on the outside, I could have eaten the icing.

The yellow color was perfect for Spring and the white coconut was a great contrast. The cake was perfectly moist. This would be a great addition for an Easter dinner.

This cake was very visually appealing.  The buttercream icing was very good. It was not too sweet and the ciconut was not soggy. I felt the cake could have had a bit more flavor.  But overall, for the price, this was a very good value.
