The item will be delivered to the given address and then liftgate equipment will be used to lower the product to ground level. Maxx&nbsp;Ice MIM130 Self-Contained Ice Machine is an air cooled undercounter ice maker that produces individual bullet shaped cubes of up to&nbsp;130 lbs and has a storage capacity of 35lbs. The compact space saving design is ideal for tight spaces and can be installed freestanding or built-in applications and will meet the production needs of busy restaurants, bars or cafes. &nbsp;Constructed of durable stainless steel, black trim door, with a polyethylene interior, this unit is built to last in both residential and commercial environments and has a built-in self-cleaning mode to assist with maintenance. It was easy to set-up and works Great! Love the shape of the ice and makes alot :O)

The ice machine has been excellent!  We decided to get a larger one so it could keep up with the families use.

Great icemaker so far.  My only issue is that the unit does not have a built-in pump for draining when necessary.  Based on the area I had for installation, my drain line was several inches above the ground.  So I had to create a base that would make the icemaker sit higher than the location of my drain line in order for the water that might need to be drained to go down from the unit.  A bit more work to get started but working well so far.

Ice maker

I was soooo disappointed with this product's.  It appears to be a nice size ice maker on the screen.  But it is a matchbox.  I would love to return it..and purchase a larger one.   For what it is worth..it works great... just way smaller than I expected.
