I make my own nice cream (made from bananas in a blender or food processor) and using almond extract instead of vanilla made a wonderful difference! Tastes like macaroons!!!

Great flavor

This almond extract made delicious spritz cookies and biscotti. Try to buy it in store, though. I waited a long time for delivery.

When the seal was broken on the bottle the almond permeated the air. In other words, it smelled like pure almond extract. A little goes a long way.
