Very good looking grass fed beef. Not sure if it is grass finished. We got this for the freezer; perfectly packaged for long term storage. We got this as a lower priced alt. to our normal purchase direct from an organic farm (that's hard to beat quality wise) . This beef looks as rich and good at about 75% the price. It'll be a few months before we eat any but looks really good. If it is will buy more.

Not a huge savings between my regular grocer and Sam's, maybe by a dollar or two, but this is a quality product in my opinion and a regular purchase.

Glad you have something organic but too much fad and not enough flavor. You had another brand 1 time Cant remember name maybe Verde was 93% lean and excellent flavor. I loved it. I wold pay much more for the other brand also it had 1 1/3 lbs. of meat in each block, which is a perfect fit for our family!

This beef had pieces of bone in it. 3 different times, 3 different members of our family have bitten into a piece of bone in the ground meat.

If you like bone in your ground beef!

I've been eating various brands of grass-fed beef for decades, including beef from local ranches.  This is not only the worse, it is considerable worse, MUCH WORSE, than anything I have experienced.  

WHY?  Because it has ground up grizzle in it.  Go ahead, buy it, cook it, then chew it all up.  Ah ha!  You can't.  With each mouthful you get this wad, this mass, that is like chewing rubber.

How do I know it is grizzle?  Because of my experience of eating grass fed beef and because I spit it out and looked at it under a microscope.  It ain't beef cells so what is it?

If you tend to swallow without chewing sufficiently then you may not notice it.  So, you poor chewers, have at it.

But for the rest of us, who do not swallow gum but spit it out when it is no longer enjoyable to chew, you are going to be spitting-out better than 10% of this, too.

AWFUL!  AWFUL!  AWFUL!!!!!
