Buying in bulk is the way to go.  This has become my favorite coating when preparing chicken strips.  Mix a little batter with a little water, dip the cut breast strips, then dip in dry coating. Fry it up. It comes out with a nice thick fluffy coating.  Not thin and dry like most coatings I have tried in the past.  Price was really good on this large plastic container. I bought more than one. It should last me til the end of the year. Also got a large plastic container of this brands Fish Fry coating.  I will purchase again once my supply gets low.

This is the best chicken breading mix ever.  You'll absolutely love this product and it is seasoned well and even though the product says its spicy, it really isn't.

If you're obsessed with this chicken fry, get the 5 pound jar. It virtually pays for itself, especially when you burn through bags of the stuff every week like I do

Great Deal! You can't beat the price, just over $10 for this huge canister opposed to just under $2 for the bag. Too bad they don't sell the fish batter in this size. Great value!

We truly love this Chicken seasoning.  Chicken, pork chops anything you would like to fry will come out VERY crispy and good!

GREAT PRODUCT

I love this flour for my fried chicken and fried chicken snadwiches. Its the best and has a little kick to it. Most places in my town rarely have it cause its so popular! When I found it in this size I couldn't pass it up. Half way done with it and cant wait to order another!

A little bit of chicken fry

The best seasoning not just for chicken and the size is huge. It's a good deal compared to buying in little packs.

Good big buy

I didn't realize there was a good amount of very spicy hot cayenne in the mix.  It made for an unpleasant experience for me and mine.  I was wanting more of a deli like chicken batter mix.  After one use I gifted the remainder of the jug (it's very large) to a (friends) family who have a high spicy heat tolerance.
Otherwise, the finished chicken looked very good, the container holds an ample amount, and the process is easy enough to do.
I'm sorry I can't give it a better rating, even after going back over the description and seeing the term "spicy" mentioned once (The ingredients don't reveal it, only say "spices".)  I think it maybe should have explicitly been spelled out "flaming spicy hot" or the like, ie in no uncertain terms.  It would have saved me from buying something that I don't care for.
