My LG Washing Machine - although I was skeptical at first - was the BEST investment of my life.  Low water usage - Low Power Consumption - I thought the OLD Auger driven machines (May Tag washer) was better - but after using for nearly 2 months - it's MUCH better.  Clothes are CLEANER than the AUGER machine / not damaged too - it takes longer with the time to clean with new technology and approach - but I would NEVER part with this LG product washing machine.

I do stay on top of drying out the detergent drawer and wiping the rings in case if mold issues but it holds a lot of laundry, the settings are great and it doesn’t take forever to wash.

Fantastic washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second LG front loader washer, we were pleased with our first, six year plus,  older LG model.  It was aging and I researched the current washers and I chose this model. I am especially pleased with the steam, allergy, turbo wash, and the towel cycles.  All of the other cycles and spin are also excellent. You can also add many options to the many cycles.

Clean Clothes!

We have been using it for about a month, and using it a lot because everything is so fresh and clean that we're basically washing everything all bedding, pillows, blankets curtains etc.. to freshen the whole house  I didn't realize how bad our old machine was until we got this one.  We use Earth Breeze laundry sheets it's so easy no measuring or mess.  I like all the settings especially the 15 minute turbo wash, it has a lot of features, some I may never use, but maybe?  The drain in the front is really handy for letting out the water before leaving on vacation or something so it doesn't get musty.

Quiet, my clothes are so clean!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works well. The big, low tub makes it quite a challenge to get clothes out at the end of a cycle. I have long arms and find it difficult. I am sure it is even more challenging for someone who is short. 
I had quite a time getting access to and downloading the operator's manual. I am still unclear whether the machine adjusts the amount of water for the size of the load?

Having said that, I like the look and the features of the washer and dryer and hope that we are home free in the future.

LGA Washing machine

Lasted a year and a half before it started leaking. Fortunately I purchased a warranty and the warranty representative walked me through getting a replacement. This is after 12 service appointments. Such a waste of my time. The Sam’s Club rep was truly great. If he didn’t answer the phone and manage my account I would’ve been out of luck.
