I bought this LG French Door refrigerator to replace an old side by side refrigerator that I had.  This refrigerator has some great features....the Full Convert drawer, the craft ice feature and the door in door feature.  The refrigerator has excellent lighting and everything is visible when standing at the door.  I am very happy with my purchase.

We purchased our four door fridge for several months ago. It is very quiet running. Keeps vegetables much longer than I thought. The large freezer provides all the space we need and works great. Grand kids love the large round ice cubes. Needless to say, the wife loves it too. Happy wife, happy life.

Our family has been very pleased with our new refrigerator!  We love the 2 different ice makers. I love the 3 drawers for storing food! The middle drawer can be a freezer or refrigerator option! The door handles are flexible for getting items out of the door!  So far, everything is going well! This is a fancy refrigerator even with  Wi-Fi options. We as a family think it’s worth the money we paid! Thanks for providing a good quality product!

Great Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a lovely appliance.  I like the door in door feature.  The fold away shelf is also a nice feature for tall bottles.  It cleans up beautifully, and has literally no finger prints.

The door pockets are not very deep but that is probably because mine is counter depth.  I love the square ice cubes and it make plenty of ice for a family of 2.  The craft ice is nice.  Three of those in a yeti cup will last 3 days. They are about 1.5" round cubes. When the bin is empty of ice it is a little loud when it dumps, other than that you would not know it is running.  Very Very Quite. 
Of course my favorite feature is the middle drawer that has it's own temperature setting.  It can go from not too cold to a freezer in less than an hour. 
This model is quite expensive but most are that are full of features like this one.

Several factors went into that decision: personal recommendations, dealer service, the convertible drawer and especially the craft ice. We live in a desert area and we found that the craft ice is not only a great presentation, but the ice lasts longer than regular cubes. 
The convertible drawer is much handier that I expected and the way the upper doors open makes accessing the most often used items so very easy.

Love our new refrigerator!

Like all the features of this fridge especially the convertible drawer and ability to see temps on outside of door as well as on LG app. Good space and thought out layout for counter depth fridge. Lighting is good and bright and the filters are easily accessed. Would have liked top freezer drawer to roll out to be more full view.

I purchased an LG counter depth refrigerator a few weeks ago. Iwanter match our other LG products and keep the refrigerator from protruding out into the kitchen. Great amount of refrigerator space. An interesting sound occurs when closing the freezer door due to the seal. A cow moaning sound!

I love the extra door in door feature to quickly grab milk without having to open whole refrigerator. My only complaints are the freezer is hard to access things and the lever in door for water and ice has appears to look scratched up already.

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace a full depth unit. So far it has been a very pleasant unit. The ice maker is great and supplies enough ice for our needs. The craft ice maker, however,  is SLOW. We have used the door in a door more often than we thought and find it very convenient. The value of this unit will be in how long we can rely on it for operation with no failures. I hope LG has done their work and make it suitable for purchase. So far, so good.

replacement refrigerator

We’ve only had it a couple of weeks.  It’s a little smaller inside than I thought(my fault). My only real issue with it is I feel like the little skinny shelves inside are a waste of space it would have been better to just make the buns inside the right had door bigger.  And the water in the door stops when you open the right hand door so no one can get water or ice while another person reaches in the fridge.

After that, it still does not work, the repair man has been to my home three times, and it is now May, and I've had a fridge full of food spoil and it is still not working! Im so upset and REGRET buying this fridge.
