This is a really fine microwave that outperforms our previous unit at roughly half the price. It has lots of nice features and heats things very evenly. Highly recommended.

I specifically wanted a microwave with the extendable vent....and LG delivered! It was an extra bonus when the microwave chirped a little tune when my food was cooked. My kids like to heat up all kinds of food now, just to dance when the microwave goes off! How can you not smile at that?!?

I purchased the same model two years ago for my second home.  Love it there so bought one again from our primary home.

Great Features

This is a great, big microwave! The settings are easy to figure out. The only downside is that every time you use it, you have to wash it down because there are fingerprints on it. No way to avoid it. I also am not a fan of the color of display time because it’s blue (which is fine because it matches other appliances in kitchen) but the LG a stove I got with this has an amber color display so it looks like they don’t match.

Easy to use and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had my new stove 1 1/2 weeks and so far am impressed with its performance.   I only bought 2 new pans to use on my induction stovetop because all of my old cast iron pans work great on it.  I did buy a cooking mat to help prevent scratches.

Discovering all the perks of Induction cooking

I love this product.  Especially, the four panels of fans over the stove.  I've connected the microwave via the App to my LG stove so that the fans come on automatically when the stovetop is turned on - very useful feature.  The aesthetic is particularly pleasing.  I love the cool tones in the stovetop light but would recommend that the stovetop light should be able to stay on without all the other door lights accompanying it.  As such, it would make a better night light for the kitchen.

Excellent with one request

I think it's a very good product and I've been very impressed with their reheating function.  The reheating manages to thoroughly reheat vs. hot on the edges while cold in the middle.  On the downside, it's noticeably noisier than my prior microwave, but still within reason.

I donot like the feature: if you touch a number it auto starts in minutes instead of seconds.  It is a pain in the ___, I wouldn't have bought it if I knew it worked this way, the LG I replaced appeared to be the same model and you didnot have to push cook before you entered the seconds.

Awful. I had to exchange this microwave for another model. The lettering on the key pad was so pale I needed a flashlight to see it. Also, it was very difficult to use the key pad. The inside was very small and had to remove the shelf to use. The model in the store and on their website did not match the terrible keypad on my microwave.
