[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blender is so useful and feels very well built. I've been wanting to find more glass products for my kitchen and this is perfect. Has a cleaning, smoothie and ice crushing mode. I tried all 3 and will say that they each work very well. For cleaning, I followed the instructions and was worried it wouldn't clean well but it looks and feels as if i scrubbed it with a sponge and the soapy water even got up to the lid. I made a very simple smoothie with frozen fruit. Some other blenders I tried would struggle with frozen fruit but this blender blended everything smooth within seconds. I barely tasted any chunks and it was so quick and easy. I tried the ice crushing mode as well, it was also very convenient and fast. The ice crushed into even pieces and makes me want to try making shaved ice at home. There are two different lids, one for the glass jar and one for the plastic. I appreciate that they are labeled under the lid for which is which. The lids also come with either 2 or 3 layers for suction as opposed to one for other blenders. Feels very secure on the blender! The parts and components have a good weight to them and feel like the quality is there. The one thing I did notice is that this blender doesn't come with a stirring stick to push down ingredients, but I haven't needed to do that for this blender. This blender also wasn't super loud and the sound was smooth. Pieces fit perfectly together and did not feel like there was any unwanted friction. Very easy and simple to assemble. I would definitely recommend this product and appreciate the glass jar feature!

Love this blender!!

The motor is powerful and so far, it has handled everything I have put in it. There is minimal vibration and the blender does not move around. The dial and buttons on the front are. I like that it comes with two jars, a plastic and glass.

Powerful Blender

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a great blender. Perfect for blending two different recipes back to back and not having to clean in-between blending. There is a plastic jar and glass jar that feel sturdy.  I love the different speed options to make blending what I need easy.  It blends ice well and does tomatoes for sauces. It doesn't take a lot of space a d is easy to clean when ready.

The motor is strong enough to handle everything from frozen fruit to ice effortlessly, and it blend smoothies smoothly. No chunks left. 

What really stands out to me is the dual setup. I love having two blending options because I can keep things separated. One for fruity drinks and the other for more savory or herby blends. It makes a big difference in keeping flavors clean and not mixing tastes. 

It feels sturdy and well made. The controls are straightforward and cleanup is quick and easy. 

Overall, it’s a powerful and reliable blender that looks great on the counter. Definitely worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At home, the blender is primarily used for grinding vegetables and preparing sauces for everyday recipes. I was pleased with the texture of the sauces when using the Smoothie function, which is the setting I expect to use most frequently.

The product was very easy to operate. However, I would have appreciated a more comprehensive instruction manual specifying when to use each function, how to properly clean the unit, and offering clearer communication from the brand to the end user (for example, guidance on when to use the plastic jar versus the glass jar). The small leaflet (included) only contained safety information, which is useful, but it does not provide meaningful information about the product’s operation itself. Cleaning instructions could also be clarified: while a cleaning option is available, it is not specified whether adding water and soap (as I did) and rinsing is sufficient.

The product appears to be of very good quality. I appreciate that, conceptually, it is a traditional-style blender. Including both a plastic jar and a glass jar is an interesting feature: the plastic jar is practical for situations requiring convenience, while the glass jar is suitable for more formal or aesthetic settings. The packaging also seemed to be of high quality.

Additionally, I personally like the aesthetics of square-shaped blender jars. However, I have seen online reviews (across various brands) where users have cracked jars by overloading the corners with ice. It may be beneficial to include a warning of this type in the instruction manual. I have also noticed over the years that hollow handles can accumulate some internal moisture over time. I do not believe this would compromise food safety, but it may become aesthetically undesirable. Only a few months have passed, so this cannot yet be evaluated, but I wanted to mention it since this is direct feedback to the brand.

Excellent blender!

Disappointing. Blender has plenty of power but is saddled with overly restrictive electronics that shut the unit down to protect it from overuse far too quickly. Unit will shut off involuntarily after less than 15 seconds at times as a method to protect the motor from overload. Unit has hard programming to only allow the modes to run for a very short time. Once the unit shuts down like this, it refuses to be reset for minutes at a time. There is no manual override or reset. Even unplugging the unit does not reset the 'overuse' shutdown.

Unit vibrates excessively while blending and at less than 50% power requires the user to keep a hand on top to prevent it from walking around the counter top. This is not a quality appliance, especially for the high end cost of it compared to other brands.  

Unit is clearly designed with only right handed users in mind. Jar can only be placed on the unit with the handle to the right due to a safety switch inside the base. Unit doesn't work any other way. Left handed user are just ignored with another useless safety feature. 

Overall, an extremely disappointing piece of equipment that attempts to be so safe as to be almost useless. I needed a blender that I could count on to replace a 25 year old unit that the motor went out on - not one that I have to fight with daily just to get a simple smoothie blended. Would NOT buy again.
