These are absolutely delicious! They’re not spicy. They’re just full of hatch green chile pieces and flavor. Not dry or chewy. They have a lovely cheese as well. Highly recommended. We bought several packages for a brunch we are hosting as a result of the first package we tried!

Not spicy-just flavorful!

They were very good and I just wish they would carry them all the time. We tried these 2 years ago and they disappeared from Sam Club and they just came back in. But I bet if I go back in this week they will not be there again. Very frustrating that they don’t carry popular products consistently.

These are an excellent item for Gluten Free folks who don’t do pork! I struggle to find morning meals and these help so much! I wish we had more hatch chili items on the east coast and these show you why! Great flavor, yummy, and I like to sear them ahead of time and then have them in batch made breakfasts for the week and they warm up super well and have a nice char that way.

Great taste. Not overly spicy. Love that they are fully cooked links. I have served them whole, sliced mixed with scramble eggs, diced and added to pancake/waffle batter.

My regular club has been out of stock for quite sometime, so when another club showed availability…. Well we had to drive and go get some. We bought 5 packs. These are wonderful. They are not hot or spicy, but very flavorful. Please don’t take these away.

We are in love with these.

This was being sampled when we shopped and we loved it. It’s got a great, not too spicy taste, that works for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The only thing that I don’t love is the casing. It can get a little bit tough when you cook it, but not so much that I would eat it. Maybe eating it in slices rather than whole links would be better.  We’d buy again.

We ate some for breakfast today, and they were very tasty.  The only downside is that the skin is too tough to cut with a fork.  But that's OK because they taste so good.

I tried the Kiolbassa Hatch Chile & Cheddar Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage and found it to be just okay.

I pan-fried it and got a nice char, but on its own, the flavor was pretty mild. There’s no real spice from the hatch chiles, and the cheddar is present more as a texture than a noticeable flavor boost.

Adding a bit of salt helped bring out the chicken sausage flavor, but I don’t think that should be necessary for a fully cooked sausage. That said, it’s still a decent addition to breakfast if you’re looking for something lighter and easy to prepare.
