Bought for my 2 year old grand daughter. She loves it. I recommend buying a helmet too!

2 year old birthday present

[Employee of walmartcanada] The handlebar was mounted crookedly on the bike, and the Allen bolt was damaged during assembly. It is neither repairable nor usable properly.

Poor assembly

Got this Disney Princess ATV for my 3 year old daughter.  Took about 45 minutes to assemble.  Charged it fully but it did not work.  Original box and manual stated: 'Do not return to store, call this 800 number.' However, when you call it would continually tell you no representatives were available and it would be more effective to use the online chat feature through their site. Tried doing that over the course of three or four business days and there was no reps available for either method. Finally, out of desperation, I emailed them and got a response.The problem was, every time they emailed you it was a single question. So it would take days for just a few questions to be answered so they could diagnose the issue even though I clearly spelled everything out in the original email submission. Finally, they sent me a circuit board and battery in the mail. Tried my hand at installing it, but I guess my fat American fingers weren't able to disassemble and reassemble the whole thing and  a full rewire. Taking it back to Sam's Club hoping to get a full refund.

Non- Functional Out Of The Box

It was a gift.  Grandson opened it and tried to use it.  It didn't work.  Sam's would not exchange.  Sam's said to exchange would have to pay the list price not purchase price.

Did not work and could not exchange

I am highly disappointed that my Grandson's ATV came without the power cord.  I have not been able to get a solution from anyone on getting a power source either!!!

No plug

the size is pretty good and the color but after 2 rides the bike started changing gears on its own and i almost broke my leg .
And the chain fell off like 30 times i got it on april 1st and im already returning it 
WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GET THIS BIKE ITS HORRIBLE
