Additionally, sriracha is commonly used for marinating meat and seafood or as a cooking sauce in various ethnic cuisines. Recipe for Honey Sriracha Chicken: Ingredients: • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks • 2 tablespoons cornstarch • 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha • Less Sodium Soy sauce • Minced garlic or garlic paste • Sugar • 2 tablespoons honey Instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic or garlic paste, sugar, and honey. Stir the ingredients together and bring the blended sauce mixture to a boil. 2. It's not just spicy, it has that garlicky, slightly tangy taste that adds way more depth than regular hot sauce.

I also like that this version is lower sodium without completely losing the classic Sriracha flavor people love. It still has a good kick, but it feels a little easier to use generously without making food overwhelmingly salty. I have been using the authentic Huy Fong Sriracha for over 35 years, since I spent months in southeast Asia where I first tried it. Back then it wasn't a big thing in the states, but it sure is now, and the reason is because it's so good! 
Yes, it has vinegar in it, but doesn't have that thin, watery hit sauce texture and flavor that many others do. 
Sriracha is thicker, smooth, and lots of flavor! Is it hot, yes, however, if you blend in just a tad, you'll get a great flavor without too much heat. 
There's a reason why chefs all over the world use Sriracha, but make sure you get the authentic one, the Huy Fong with the green cap and the famous rooster.

Huy Fong Foods Sriracha has officially taken over my fridge and possibly my personality.

I Trust This Bottle More Than My Cooking Skills

Huy Fong Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce is one of my top choices for adding heat and bold flavor to recipes. It takes my homemade pimento cheese and cheese ball to the next level, making them true crowd-pleasers.
For the pimento cheese, I combine Duke’s mayonnaise, extra sharp cheddar cheese, pimentos, a special touch of Mad Hatter red pepper, and just a bit of Philadelphia cream cheese. After mixing everything well, I sometimes chill it—but honestly, it’s so tasty that it’s hard to wait! Served on sliced white bread, it’s pure nostalgic deliciousness. I also mix this sriracha into my homemade barbecue sauce for a unique twist. For my irresistible cheese ball, I use two packs of Philadelphia cream cheese (or adjust to your preference), extra sharp cheddar, a couple of tablespoons of rice vinegar, a splash of white wine, Irish butter, and Huy Fong Sriracha. Add the sriracha gradually until you get the perfect color and flavor. Once the ingredients are combined, I spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap, shape it into a ball, and refrigerate for an hour or two. When it’s set, I roll it in chopped nuts and herbs, and sometimes dried fruit for an extra burst. This cheese ball is always a hit at holiday gatherings or any get-together—trust me, it never lasts! This brand has consistency in flavor. You can also give your hot dogs a little zing for great flavor and presentation.

This is my favorite Sriracha sauce! I put it on the eggs I fry up and put on tortillas with pepperjack cheese. I also use it in stir-fries that I make. It's sooooo good!

Spicy Good!

Unlike many hot sauces that are mostly vinegar   burn, Sriracha hits four flavors at once and works on almost anything you can eat.

Tastes TERRIBLE.  Not at all like like the tasty Tabasco Sriracha Sauce, which is constantly out of stock.  My husband is a pretty equal opportunity hot sauce guy, and after trying it once, he tossed the bottle in the garbage.  I tried a small taste, and it was just awful.
