We bought this to replace a standard def. LG 55" smart t.v.. This was our christmas present to each other.WE love this T.V. We had a 4k unit in our bedroom so we already  knew the difference. This is the best electronics purchase we  have every made. The picture is killer beautiful. Delivery was just as promised and the company called to arrange delivery. That was great. When received the outside packaging was in rough shape, which made me skeptical of the condition of the T.V. But the packaging was a box inside a box which was wrapped with protective wrapping. The simplicity of set up was great. Turned it on and followed set up instructions on the screen and in 5 minutes was done. Didn't even have to program the comcast remote. Once it was set up and registered a message informed that my additional year of warranty had been added. I could just go on and on. Just greatly simple,, Thanks Hisense!!!! I would recommend this highly and will surely buy this brand again. Thanks to Sam's club for a great buy.

Great buy... Great TV

We bought this based in other reviews.  Not disappointed!  Absolutely incredible picture, and it comes with a 4 year warranty!  Have had it up for 4 days now and am amazed (the whole family) at how incredible the picture is, almost surreal.  With the great price delivered to my door I could not be more pleased!

i have had this tv for 2 months now. and i REALLY LOVE IT !!
im so glad i listened to family and friends that have this brand, and have had no issues at all...one is 4 yrs old.the other is 2 years old.
i figured with the 4 year warranty , i couldnt go wrong, and it was free !! my credit card xtends that by an additional 2 years...so 6 years full warranty .
I DEFINITELY would RECOMEND THIS TV to anyone .

Great TV and was a GREAT DEAL

I purchased this TV based on several reviews.  578$ for a TV this big and with the capabilities it has...I needed to see it to believe it.  I am very impressed.  The set up was easy, the picture is great, very good sound quality...impressive.  I will eventually be putting this TV up in an outdoor patio...hopefully all will go well.

Wow...this was a great buy!!

I was waiting for a large screen 4K TV to go on sale from one of the "major" brands. It needed to have HDCP 2.2 and HDR. We have a 1080p Hisense TV now in the kitchen which has a great picture, so when this 65 inch 4K went on sale I figured I'd jump on it. Even with the 4K resolution and no 4K source, the picture is quite amazing. Crisp, bright and almost 3D with some programs. The "smart" (internet) features are a bonus. I bought a refurbished 4K Bluray player and the movies are excellent on this display. The TV sound is quite adequate over its own speakers (although I also have connected to my home theater system). With a 4 year warranty (after registration), you can't go wrong with this purchase. At about one third the cost I was expecting to pay, I have a 4K TV which meets my needs.

Exceptional value and Excellent Picture

We brought this TV almost 2 months ago. I waited to write a review, to really see if it was going to stay as nice as it is! The picture is so clear. Colors bright, the sound is absolutely great! Would recommend buying. Oh, warranty

Super easy to set up. I did it all by my self.

I have had this tv for about 3 weeks now. It was a great purchase. I purchased it as a Black Friday online only deal for $598. The sound is AWESOME! As far as the sound goes, it was an upgrade from my Samsung SmartTV. The sound absolutely sucked on the Samsung. We were forced to purchase a sound bar. This tv is great. The delivery process was flawless. VERY HAPPY!

GREAT Picture and MAGNIFICENT Sound

This is my second hisense tv i have purchased in 3 years. I was so happy with the 55' that i bought a 65' when i found an awesome price. the picture quality is excellent. The family loves movie night. The warranty is the best hands down. I just registered and got the 4 year warranty for free so I didn't need to spend more.

Great TV at a great price

Nice tv. Great picture. My only problem is that Sams club shipped 2 tvs and took money out of my account twice. I only accepted 1 tv but so far they have not put the money back into my acct. Its a tough time of year to be missing 633.00 from your account. I hope they wiil do the right thing and reimburse my account soon

Nice tv.

We purchased this wonderful Smart TV less than 2 months ago for our basement entertainment & game room.  It was a breeze to set up, and we love how easy it is to navigate through all of the features.  The picture quality is very good, and we especially like the dbx sound.  We leave the TV in Surround Sound mode, and the quality is so good, we probably won't need to add a soundbar..  The price of this remarkable TV was shockingly low.  We have demonstrated & recommended it to our friends & family.

TERRIFIC FEATURES... GREAT PRICE...AWESOME AUDIO

Bought this TV about 2 weeks ago AND the TV will NOT respond to Remote control(s) all the time. We had TV programmed to AT&T Uverse remote too and neither will work on SEVERAL occasions. Only way to fix this problem is by unplugging TV, waiting a few minutes and re-plug the 120VAC power source. After several occurrences called HiSense Service 888-935-8880 which I told "Richard" about TV intermittent problem (TV not responsive to remote(s)) and told him the solution to temporarily fix (disconnect power source). "Richard" took us on a "wild goose chase" i.e. disconnect all connections to TV, disconnect TV power, re-initialize the whole TV set up AGAIN, looking for ON/OFF button on back of TV  We never found On/Off switch, he never could never locate it either, except we told him about a Square "rocker switch" on the back & in the middle it has an "OK" imprint. (He said that's not the On/Off sw.) "Richard" told us to reconnect TV power AND of course the TV started working AGAIN. Then he says it's fixed. HE DID NOTHING TO FIX INTERMITTEM PROBLEM. Very dissatisfied with Hisense Service Rep, "Richard".
