So far so good.  The containers really seemed to keep our produce fresh longer than usual.  We've only used them once.  Read the directions on the package or you might miss that it goes in right from the store - wash produce when ready to eat. 
Only downside is the sizes.  Would like at least one bigger one, like carrot size.

No soggy spinach

These containers are so worth the money...saves hundreds, yes literally hundreds of dollars of produce a year...I have a total of 4 sets now...the older sets had an insert that went in and out....over the course of time...some of my inserts have decided to live with missing container lids &miss matched socks...these have a bumpy bottom, so no more lost inserts

Rubbermaid Freshmates Containers

Fresh works are great! I have tried other brands in the past, and these containers seem to really work well. I always clean my fruit in a water with vinegar bath before eating and placing them in these containers in the fridge sustains their life even longer. I love the ridges on the bottom which helps keep the fruit out of any sitting water. They are stackable (love the fact they are square and rectangular) and I love the easy open top!

Keeps my fruit fresh longer

These are an updated version.  I absolutely love these containers.  They do prolong the life of my vegetables and fruits.  I have actually had Romaine lettuce to last about 3 weeks or longer without going bad.  This was my second purchase.  I have been using these for about 4 years.

Great Purchase!!

New and improved! I have the original set when they first came out that has the drain rack that is removable. The new ones are just as great as the original one except you don’t have to mess with the drain rack it is made with raised bumps in the bottom to keep your food out of moisture. Great Buy

These are well made and sturdy.  The lids fit well.  The height of the lid allows you to overfill the container without smushing the produce when you put the lid on.  The four sizes give a good variety for storage needs.  So far, they seem to work well for storing my fresh veggies, but I have just started using them, so I cannot comment on any extended "freshness" time.  However, I purchased a head of cauliflower that was a bit limp, so I cut it up rinsed it, spun it dry, and put in a container.  The next day, it seemed to have perked back up.

Will be used often!

These storage containers are awesome for keeping all your fresh fruit and fresh veggies to last in your frig for at least a couple weeks . We use to throw out fresh berries cause they went bad so fast and now we can still eat them even after being in Greg about at least a week and a have. Love them

Amazing, can’t live without them

I haven't used them long enough yet, but the ventilated caps have made a difference in my berry storage for certain and the tender lettuces.

Liking those vented caps

This was an excellent price for the set.  However I did not notice that they are a little different than the newer ones, in that they have a removable raised tray for moisture and these only have raised bumps built into the bottom.  I have not used then long enough yet to tell if this will really make a difference in storage. Had it not been for this I would have given 5 stars.

Good Price For This Set

I will say I was a little upset when the containers arrived unwrapped in a cardboard box. There was no protective cellophane wrap on the individual containers or any type of sticker on the containers. There was no literature included about the product other than on the outside of the cardboard box it said wash before use. My first thought was are the containers new or were they returned. I washed the containers extra well and so far used them for lettuce and berries. So far, so good but I would have appreciated some guidance and sealed packaging.

Better packaging/no directions

i bought these a few years ago.  They had trays on the bottom to hold your food up.  These do not.  I sent them back
