I love to make grilled chicken strips marinated in Frank's Hot Sauce (served with blue cheese dressing). I make these often enough that it makes sense to buy the extra large jug.

Frank's Original is the BEST!  And Sam's Club is the only place I can get the gallon size for a great price! (I also buy the 2 bottle package for personal use, lol, but this meets the cooking needs best)

The last two bulk orders I received came absolutely destroyed. The first return replacement went smoothly but when the replacement order arrived it was in just as bad of shape and had to be rejected again. Now the  help center tells me it’s in the frequent/bulk order section and I need to read the terms and wait for an email. A week later still no email… looks like I’ll be tossing $170 with of product because they ship it so poorly.

Item not wrapped good,horrible packing by sams. Hot sauce busted open probably by fed ex dropping box.Hot sauce everywhere then members mark new eco friendly coffee packaging dissolved.so coffee grounds and hotsauce on all items in box.Sams did refund cc but they sent email asking me to ship back items.i told them they could send a store representative out.The items are in the outside garbage.they were nice and offered a extra 10 dollars for my troubles.more of a insult due to cost of paper towels and cleaning products.not to mention time cleaning kitchen and porch. Unbelievable

Don't have franks hot sauce shipped

In fairness I have ordered before with no problems but this time I did not receive the item and it was a pain to get resolved and a week longer. Possibly the worse customer service department and system to contact them with issues. I deplore offshore customer service and Sam's should do better.
