These are SO good on so many levels.  You can't go wrong with Fat Boy, but this sandwich has definitely set the bar really high for other ice cream desserts.  The cookies are chewy and soft, the ice cream is rich and delicious, and then - caramel that somehow is really soft even though it's encased in ice cream.  My only regret is not getting two boxes.

Crazy Amazing!!!

Not a huge chocolate fan so when these were originally bought for me I was down on them. Oh my goodness then I tried one… I won't have any other ice cream sandwich. Almost has a marshmallow taste to it, but the chocolate cookie isn't over powering and the CARAMEL OMG. Just typing about it makes me want to go have one.

These were new for us as we haven't purchased this brand before. I love ice cream sandwiches and these are super yummy.

Extremely delicious and satisfying, I wish it was larger, when finished consuming you still want more. I don't know what flavor that is it's almost like a chocolate. I wish they made a vanilla sandwich like this.

Not my favorite.  A bit messy.  Flavor isn't what it should be.

Well....

We bought these because they sounded amazing. And I have a weakness for caramel, but they are not really that great. You can barely taste the caramel, and that makes me sad. Because cookies and cream is my favorite ice cream and adding caramel one.And I thought this was the recipe for greatness, but I was sadly disappointed when I tried one. You can taste the cookies and cream.Okay, but you can barely taste the caramel at all. I don't think I will be buying them again.
