I couldn't wait to wear these! The jeans are flexible and not stiff, have a little stretch to them and are not skin tight perfect for wearing on a day when youn want to wear denim but also want to be able to move around.

I Love These Jeans

I am 4'10” tall and these jeans are a perfect fit. The material thickness is perfect, can be worn during winter or summer. I would buy more if there are other colors.

Perfect for shorties as a full length jean.

Love everything about these jeans!  The denim is soft not stiff. Love the wide legs, perfect for thicker thighs. Ankle length is perfect for those of us vertically challenged. I think i could've probably worn a size down but seriously so comfortable! I will definitely purchase more!

Perfect Jean

I LOVE express jeans but they've gotten a bit out of my budget these days. These jeans are more affordable and still provide me with a pretty good fit! They are trendy, affordable and made with 97% cotton. Although I prefer my jeans stretchier, I know it's the look right now to not be as stretchy and form fitting. I am pear shape (size 12) and they did gap at the back, but it wasn't terrible. Great alternative to Express jeans from their store.

Trendy and Cute

The Express women's wide-leg ankle jeans are a great mix of style and comfort. The high-waisted fit feels secure without being restrictive, and the braided stitching along the outside adds a unique, polished detail. They're lightweight, flattering, and easy to wear perfect for days when you want effortless, elevated style.

Express Braided side ankle jeans

Cute jeans - has a braid along the side. The jeans fit a little snug so would recommend going a size bigger. Cropped and perfect size for 5'4. Color was traditional denim jean light blue. The jeans are comfortable and versatile.

Summer jean

These are nice Express ankle jeans, I just wish they had a bit more of a stretch to them. I really do like the ankle length and the dark wash color. These are great for the spring and summer months. Gave it four starts because I would have liked them to be a bit more stretchy.

Cute summer jeans

I generally wear a size 8, but ordered up a size. Overall fit is true to size. I'm 5'3”, so the jeans are more a petite full length, length rather than a crop length. I plan on dressing them up with a medium height boot. I was a little surprised by the braided detail down outer part of each leg. I can see where it could dress the jeans up a little . They washed well and have a medium stretch to the waist.

Surprise find

The Express Women's Straight Leg Ankle Jean fits beautifully and has a nice amount of stretch that makes them comfortable for all-day wear. I love the straight leg cut, it's flattering and easy to dress up or down. The ankle length is stylish, and it is true to size. I got a size 8, and it fits like a glove. I personally am not a fan of the braid on the side of each leg. It makes me look wider. If it did not have the braid, then I would highly recommend these jeans. The quality is impressive for the price, and the denim feels durable.

Three stars for style, fabric and seams.  I took two stars away because the jeans wouldn’t stay at my waist and fit more like a mid-rise—hanging on my hips and the crotch was sagging.  I could have solved this by wearing them with a belt but I hate wearing belts.  I returned them.

I wish they weren’t mid-rise fit on me

I wanted to love these jeans, they're a barrel style leg that's supposed to be ankle length. Unfortunately they're the most ill fitting unflattering jeans I've ever seen. They come to an odd length and they're very big in the waist.
