Originally looking at top tier pellet heater over $1k and solo wood pellet heater. Really liked the price point of this one, and it has large glass windows to view the beautiful flames from different angles. Relatively easy to use & comes with a free cover! First time you use it you must use the low setting to allow the paint to set then the next day you can use on full blast. Highly recommend

It has a nice fire to look at, but it really doesn’t give off much heat at all compared to the propane patio heaters.

I wanted to love this heater!  I thought it was the solution to our covered gazebo near our pool, which gets windy and chilly at times.  As far as appearance - it looks nice, but it puts out almost no heat.  You have to be literally standing right next to it (or sitting right next to it) in order to feel any heat at all.   Patio ambiance?  Sure!  Patio heater?  Not so much.

Just got this today and wow what a disapointment!  After doing the initial burn-in, the glass is almost completely black.  There is no way that there is 70K BTU being put out either.  I cannot believe Sam's Club is even carying this as the quality is garbage.
