Beyond it's great flavor, aroma, and texture, butterfly pea blossom imparts a deep indigo hue that gives Empress Indigo Gin its unmistakable color and changes to bright lavender, soft pink, or fuchsia depending on the mixer. It is hand crafted, small batch, and expertly blended with 8 botanicals: Juniper, Grapefruit Peel, Coriander Seed, Cinnamon Bark, Rose Petal, and Ginger Root, Empress Blend Tea and the Butterfly Pea Blossom. <h3>Ingredients</h3> Empress 1908 Gin is all-natural and gluten-free. Our gin is distilled from a premium corn-based spirit. Empress 1908 Gin is certified kosher. There are no nuts or nut products used in the making of Empress 1908 Gin. As distilled spirits, 1 fluid ounce of gin contains on average 0g of carbs and approximately 70 calories. We've been to the distillery in Victoria in Canada where they make this special gin. I was pleasantly surprised when i saw that it popped up at Sams. Amazing taste and value
