We’ve loved this cheese for years—especially since it’s made with raw milk! For months, the shelf sign at Sam’s Club showed a lower price than what it rang up at the register. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they kindly refunded the difference. The next week, same mismarked sign—same refund. This happened a few times before they finally fixed it, and by then, we were happily stocked up.

Raw Deal Turned Real Deal

A very rich cheese; I bought it specifically for an Alfredo recipe and it was wonderful.  Grated easily and added a lot of flavor to the dish.  What was left over has been great for snacking.

Rich creamy Cheese

Used in a shrimp & cheese grits recipe along with shredded cheddar. Fantastic flavor, melted smoothly & evenly.
