Its mild flavor and white color makes it delicious for cooking and for melting in quesadillas. Pull it apart into thin strings before filling tortillas or melting it into dishes.</p>

This cheese has a great flavor! We combined it with some Italian cheeses to make Cheso Flameado (melted cheese with sausage or veggies). It was superb! It is also gear for making outdoor pizzas, we’ve used it for years.

Awesome for several applications!!

This 3 pound brick of cheese is just perfect for a small family. The texture is perfect for Oaxaca cheese. It strings nicely it melts great,  moisture is perfect and it taste delicious. Owning a vacuum sealer helps it last longer.

Good cheese, but it's not as advertised.  We were expecting the type of string cheese that is wrapped into a ball but this is a block of cheese pretty similar to mozzarella.

Is not like strings cheese, more like mozzarella, the consistency looks and tastes pretty similar to mozzarella also.
