Love the shorts! Very comfortable material, breathable and sleek. Good for a casual outing or even a hike. Material is stretchy giving you good movement being whatever it is you're doing. Good size pockets with a extra pocket on the side for more gadgets or tools while hiking.

Get one in every color if you can!

These shorts are great - thin quickdry material, built-in belt, deep pockets front and back. I'm definitely going to be using these for boardshorts in the backyard (and hopefully at the beach) this summer.

Make great boardies

Very comfortable!   Material is very breathable and the fit is true to size.  A great staple to have for fun in the sun or long hike.  The length is mid to low thigh but definitely a great fit. Must have for summer day.

Great shorts

My son really likes these shorts. He says they are very comfortable and are a good length. They are right above his knees. The only downside is the extra fabric on the attached belt. When buckled the is so much extra it hangs down. We mignt try to cut or remove it.

Great short minus the belt

Very light on the skin and can hardly feel it good for hot summer days, it has a nice buckle but hard to open, elastic waist has good stretch and deep pockets to hold a phone and few other items. The material is breezy but it makes a plastic sound when walking and can be annoying. It also has a good length for shorts right by the knees which is good.

Light weight summer pants

The fabric of these shorts is really nice. Lightweight but sturdy. Fits a bit bigger than true to size. We got a xxl thinking it would fit a 38/40 well but it’s kinda big. A xl would’ve worked perfectly. The good news is that there’s a built in belt. The only thing that bugs my son about the belt is that the excess hangs because there really isn’t anywhere to put it. There is one belt loop but if you have it tightened a lot, it will hang down. Overall a good pair of shorts, we would just get a smaller size next time.

Runs big

Reviewed by my husband - These are nice and lightweight. I like that the pockets are pretty deep. The included belt isn't too bad but I have some concerns that the little plastic buckle will wear out or eventually break. At least it is easy to clip and then unclip with a push of a button. The dealbreaker on these is the length. I like shorts to hit at my knee and these are just too short.

Not bad, except for one crucial trait

They fit good for my Dad who’s 6’ and 210 lbs. however I gave the pants  only a 3 star because even though the belt gives it a dress causal look inside a sporty look. I would like more elastic flexibility (hardly any)  for a senior citizen instead of the belt for easy on and off.

Great price

First off, I like the look of these shorts and the material is canvas like.  Also, the color is really cool.  However, it does have a short inseam, which I like shorts to come down at least right at or below my knee.  Additionally, I typically wear a size Large, but these are a little too snug, these would be recommended to order a size up for sure.  The waist band is a little deceiving too as there really isn't any give and doesn't offer the most mobility for bending.

This shorts fit weird and the quality is not at all what I thought it would be. They feel and look very cheap. They constantly wrinkle no matter what I do, so they look awful. I’m also surprised how uncomfortable they are with the cheap feeling material. I can’t see myself wearing these out or sleeping in them. They make weird bulges and the fake belt up top is awful. I thought Eddie Bauer made better products than this! I feel like I’m wearing the tents they make.
