Got tired of buying plastic “household fans” that only lasted a year or less and were small and noisy. Problem solved with the Ecomax EMF102433D 24".

Pros:
Built like a tank, very solid all metal construction.
Made to last, high quality copper coil ball-bearing three-speed motor.
Great combination of quiet operation with lots of airflow.
Strong wheels and handles make it easy to move around.
Great price at Walmart.

Cons:
I’ve only bought one to try. Need to buy some more for the rest of the house. :-)

This Ecomax 24 in drum fan has 3 speed setting, it is lightweight, easy to move around with it's built in wheels, and it runs quieter than other fans with the same power.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do alot of work in my garage from spray painting to woodworking and simply just hanging out in my garage and I have used many fans of different sizes over the years but this drum fan has really made a difference in my garage.

I don't have the heat nor the dust I used to have in my garage and it was super easy to put together and I like how I can roll around where I need it and it's very well built good quality fan.

Very happy with this fan and would get it again!

Cool air

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product this drum fan is awesome it’s easy to put together it’s big but it’s not bulky or heavy it has wheels so it’s easy to move around it has 3 fan speeds and the knob is easy to control it’s not noisy at all and the cord is long enough to plug in just about anywhere so you don’t have to have an extension cord and the fan can be tilted 360 degrees it blows air really well and cools off any space inside or outside I love it I would definitely recommend it’s perfect for shops or outside whatever you need it for it’s made well and just a great fan I would definitely recommend

I'm an so used to having many small fans in a room  I was blown away both literally and figuratively by this one larger fan. It's perfect, I can change they settings so it doesn't blow so hard or I can almost clear the room with it on high. I'm joking , but compared to the little fans I've always used that's how it feels. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love, love, love this fan!  It is the perfect size for inside the house but I also take it into the garage as needed.  Living in a hot, humid state a fan is a must.  This fan pushes the air around and makes the living space more comfortable.  It isn't loud and obnoxious, either.  It's just right!

LOVE IT!

I needed a strong exhaust fan to help pull radon out of my basement. It is lightweight, but seems to be built pretty well and works pretty well. There is play in the switch, so it takes a little bit to get it into 1st speed. The motor gets pretty warm, as well, which is a bit of a worry. But so far so good.

Large fan, works pretty well

Got this fan a month ago and use it about an hour or 2 per day, sometines on high, others on low. I turned it from high to low today and it made a sound like the motor was binding or really struggling and it barely spun (even for low speed). Turned it through all settings and barely any air was moving. Even plugged it in to a different outlet.

After going through the speeds many times, the sound went away and the fan began to run fine. This worries me since it's only been in use for a month

Shipping for this item is terrible, there needs to be more cusion in the box because it is big & bulky. Mine came dented, but i wasnt worried about aesthetics and knew if i exchanged this for another that it would also likely be dented since its shipping only.

The fan does work great when it works.
