Works awesome. Great attachment for charging on the wall. You do have to hold down the trigger while vacuuming but did not find this to be a huge deal

Highly effective

Light and easy to use and store. Works great and has the power and suction you thought you were getting with your old school vacuum that was the size of a mini fridge.

Cordless

This vacuum is the greatest since sliced bread.  No cord. Attachments and main head snap in effortlessly.  Hung the charge rack on a wall about 7" wide. Hidden from view. Take off main head, hang up motor/pole and 2 attachment effortlessly.  Well engineered, dumping the dust bin is a no brainer over the garbage can, then bottom of bin snaps shut.  Filtration is great, and getting lots of left in dust from my dinosaur corded Kenmore vac with 4 wheels.  No cord. No cord. Buy one while on sale!

I bought this two weeks ago, and I'm so thankful for it!  This is the best stick vacuum I've ever owned!

Great features, easy to add and remove attachments

The vacuum came in pieces with no instructions and no diagram to follow, utterly ridiculous.  The web site and video recommended were totally unhelpful.  Yes, I was eventually able to figure it out, but considering the price of the product, I expected more.

It works as expected.

For quick clean ups, OK.
Doesn’t have any rollers on it. Doesn’t work well on carpets.
Tried to vacuum the entire couch covers and inside couch cushions. Took forever. Had to constantly change vacuum heads.

Just ok.

I have 2 dogs and vacuum frequently, certain areas need touch ups more often. Wanted a cordless to make my life easier (things are harder at 68). Very disappointed in this vacuum considering the price and Dysons great reputation. The thing I most dislike is the "on trigger". You have to old the trigger on the entire vacuum. Very difficult with arthritic hands. Second disappointing feature is the suction, very weak on the low setting, which only gets you about 25 minutes if your lucky. The Turbo suction is better, but only gets you a few minutes. Would have expected longer running batteries at this price. Very unhappy with my purchase. I had another cheap cordless that had as much going for it as this one. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that it is light weight and maneuvers well. Have only had it about a month, so we will see how it holds up. Seems a slightly flimsy build.

Bought this a month ago and I returned it today, when I vacuumed a small area, it worked great, but when I tried to do a large area, it started pulsating, when holding the trigger in it would work and then after a while it would start pulsating (on and off) I bought this one replacing my old DC-59, so this is not my first rodeo.

Great looking

Will be returning this vacuum. Not only is the suction sub par but the battery life is nonexistent regardless of what mode you are using.
