I have used this product for years. It always makes my clothes so soft and smells so good. It doesn't cost an arm and a leg. It is definitely worth the money.

Worth every penny!!

Be sure to check your tray where you put your fabric softener. I have a high-efficiency LG washing machine and I ended up having to rinse out the downy. The ultra concentrated is so thick that it does not dissolve.  The picture below is from after washing a load of clothes.
