I bought these with hesitation but did not regret buying. The both sauces were delicious and authentic. Also they are made with minimum ingredients. I will buy again.

Authentic Mexican Sauces

Not my favorite. Too spicy and the taste of it was...ehhh
If you love extra spicy salsa then you'll love this. Wasn't my cup of tea though.

Not my favorite

I love that you get the salsa roja, as well as the salsa verde. It has a good flavor and a nice little kick. The only downside is that it has a somewhat short shelf life.

The Red Salsa was delicious. The Green is Too Tangy

Green Salsa No Bueno

Too much soup, just ok. The taste is fite roasted tomato soup tex-mex style, green, and red.

I bought this for a salsa to enjoy with chips and I have a fairly high tolerance for hot peppers but the red was such an immediate attack of blistering heat that I could barely taste the fire roasted tomatoes I haven't tried the green yet I hope it is not as ridiculous, if I was buying this to be a hot sauce it might could work that way. Odd I don't see more reviews complaining about this I have eaten Thai and Indian food for years it was a real surprise that this was as hot as it was.

Vas flavor

Not sure if I got a bad batch, but my first experience with this was horrible. It just tasted bitter; no salt, no acid, odd uneven consistency,  just the taste of something burnt like ashes. It's like when they roasted the veggies, they did it under a NASA rocket instead of a grill. I love tomatillo salsa, and frequently make my own, this tasted nothing like tomatillos, unless it was all supposed to taste like burnt husk and skin. 

Spice level was what I like it to be, but there was absolutely no flavor to go with it. Really disappointed, it looked so good in the packaging.
