Overall, the cake was delicious and looked absolutely fantastic to the box. It was came in the design the decoration the writing of the message on the cake. Absolutely fantastic service was wonderful easy to order online.! KUDOS!

Great Graduation Cake!

The cake was perfect it was very moist and tasty. Taste better than some bakeries. Very professional. We will buy again for upcoming graduation for my middle son.

The cake was rich and delicious! The design was exactly what I asked for. Everyone enjoyed it! It was ready on time and had unique packaging to protect it during transit. The diploma was a nice touch!

The graduation cake we got for my grandson looked and tasted amazing.  We kept getting compliments on hoq it looked and tasted.  Definitely my cake go to place from now on.

Good as it looks!

The cake was delicious but the decoration wasn’t like the picture in the book.  Wasn’t happy about that but it was picked up by my daughter and she didn’t notice that. Too late to go back and change it.

The cake turned out much better than I had expected. It was perfect for the occasion. The only complaint is that the frosting was a little bit too sweet.

Graduation cake- good quality, great value

Amazing looking cake!  I’ll be honest, it definitely tastes like a store bought cake…not bad but store bought for sure. However for the price and look, it was well worth it!

Beautifully decorated!

When I picked up my cake, I noticed the edges of the cake were not clean and the wafer paper was uneven with the seams misaligned in the front of the cake.  When I asked if they could clean it up and make it look more professional, the staff person told me she personally didn't see anything wrong with it and did not think it would help, but she would try.  She did not attempt to come up with a solution, but when I asked if she could pipe some icing along the edges to make it look neater, she agreed.  Upon arriving home and taking the cake out of the box before our party, I noticed that the acronym for the college on the cake placard was incorrect.  There was nothing I could do to fix it.  From this point forward, I'll stick to getting the premade baked goods and not cakes for important occasions.

Graduation Cake

The cake was not as pictured.  There was NO circle of people throwing up their hats on the top layer and there was NO cap and No 2025 on the top of the cake.  I complained and was told that they ran out and was asked why I wasn’t called and informed and they had no answer.  I had even went to Sam’s the week before to make sure my order was correct and they assured me it was.  Missing half the decorations is not acceptable.  But I had to take the cake for my granddaughter’s graduation party that day.

NOT AS PICTUREd!  Wasn’t Happy

They didn’t decorate the cake for a graduation as ordered. I was handed a plain white cake with the name just written on the second tier. The frosting border was the wrong color. I had to ask them to add graduation decor. They took it to the back and just threw the graduation stuff on it. I contacted customer support and they offered a $5 gift card for the inconvenience. What’s the purpose in ordering ahead of time and customizing only to receive the order done so incorrectly.
