<p>Country Cuisine's Straight Cut French Fries are perfect for any occasion. This 22lb (10kg) box includes 4 individual bags of 5.5LB (2.5KG). Crispy classics for the deep fryer. Maximum potato enjoyment with premium quality. Ideal as a side dish or snack. We use only the best potatoes from sustainable cultivation.&nbsp;</p> <h3>Preparation Instructions</h3> <p>Cook from frozen. For best results, do not overcook. If defrosted, use immediately. Do not refreeze. The following cooking instructions are recommended for product quality and food safety.</p> <p>Air Fryer: preheat fryer to 350°F. Fill fryer basket no more than half full. Fry approximately 3 1/2 minutes or until a golden-yellow color. Avoid over-frying. When preparing smaller quantities, cook time should be reduced.</p>

These fries are shorter than the ones that came in the white box with red writing (rather than the green writing), which my husband does not like. When I say short, I mean many are 1-2 inches long. However, there’s some oil on them, so they turn out absolutely perfect in the air fryer. The previous ones would turn brown if you were going for a crisp…these get crispy on the outside and are still soft inside.

New product not as good

I loved the grade A long fries. Country Cuisine only uses the small potatoes. These are ok, but not nearly as good as the ones you used to carry. All are short and not as tasty. The next time I want straight fries, I'm going to switch to buying another brand from a super market. I'm considering dropping my Sam's membership over this.

Grade B short fries

Had i known these fries were from germany i would not have bought them.
