Great flavor from a Tennessee favorite!
At least once a year, I make a BIG pan full of pulled pork, over 20 pounds worth, for my church group. This is the second year I used Corky's sauce, and it was a huge success again, just as it was last year. Last year I was able to buy the sauce directly from my local Sam's, but since they didn't have it on the shelf this year, I ordered it online. People praised the taste because it has a great balance of flavor: not too sweet or too spicy, just the perfect blend. There's a reason that the rest of Tennessee likes Corky's Memphis Own Bar-B-Q Sauce. We know what's good!

One of those "Can't do Without" Products
As an owner of a BBQ Restaurant that's been around for 50+ years we know good BBQ and even better BBQ sauce. We use Corky's in both our mild and hot vinegar based BBQ sauce. We couldn't do without it. It gives the perfect consistency for our sauce. 5 stars for sure.
