The Clio bars, which come in two sizes, are an excellent dessert alternative.  Being dark chocolate and yogurt, they are healthier than other ice cream items, but just as delicious.  The smaller ones, which were pictured, are only 70 calories and very refreshing.

These very modestly sized (ok, they're small) ice-cream-like bars are wonderful for those seeking to limit desserts, lose weight, etc., without feeling so deprived. Because they are about 4-5 small bites, there's enough to enjoy without a huge calorie, carb, or fat load.

I love these yogurt bars because they have protein and are small enough to not contain so much sugar or carbs. They are the perfect postmeal healthy treat. They are so delicious. They kind of taste like cheesecake.

These are small but taste very good. If you are on a calorie deficit and want a sweet treat, these are a good option! Heck, even if you're not on a calorie deficit and want a good frozen treat, these are a delicious option!

Delicious, guilt free

These are great for "just a bite" and satisfy a sweets craving. They have either reduced in amount or changed shape over time but still fit the purpose for a moderate price.

Yogurt bars

These are so good- the perfect size for when you want something sweet but are trying to be healthy.  I was worried that lemon and chocolate would be weird but it is wonderful.
