Raised garden bed was easy to set up and can be taken apart or modified easily as no screws or nails are required.

Easy Setup

This was the best purchase I have made for a raised bed, don't have to worry about the timber rotting or losing color or losing it's shape, the bed looks sharp and clean and comes with a greenhouse which allows you start the growing season early. Easily expandable to suit your needs, great sales support (thanks LLuvia) makes this product shine above the rest.

Used as anchors between 9' 2x6's for a pathway in a flower bed. Bed is interior circle area of a drive. Holds really well(sandy soil) at each anchor point. Wish there was no gap between wood and anchor connection and also maybe longer screws for this type of use. But a great product and it DOES work my project.

Great product.  The parts are quality and the setup looks excellent.  I didn't receive the right items in the beginning, but the online customer service made it right.

I bought 2 kits and assembled them this week.  It was a little tricky to put together as the directions weren't very clear.  Also, I did not receive the right number of each type of connector so had to improvise to make it work.

Loved the concept and the boards however non of the end pieces or connectors came with it.

Missing pieces

Looking at the picture, it appears that each 4x4 bed is completely divided from the next.  However, the center dividing pieces do not go to the ground.  They’re 5.5” at the top only for “support” as the company, Frame it All, says.  Without the center pieces going to the ground, you lose a lot of advantages of raised beds such as being able to control moisture to varying plants, regulate differing pH requirements, keep perennial and weed roots from spreading uncontrollably, help control potentially contaminated soil, disease and pests, etc.  Also, each board is attached to a bracket and held in place by a small plastic “plug” about the size of a nickel and about ½” long.  It doesn’t seem to be very sturdy.  I contacted their Customer Service about missing pieces and they were not helpful.  I then contacted Kathy at Frame it All at 914-368-2289 and explained the near uselessness of raised beds without the sections being properly divided.  Kathy agreed to send me the parts I needed.  However, I haven’t received any parts and now I can’t get anyone from the company to return my emails or calls.  The product and company are both very misleading and disappointing.

Missing pieces and lack of design

Initially, I loved this product!  It looked great and was a nice addition to my yard.   Fast forward 10 months and all of the cheap tiny pins holding the thing together are failing causing the side boards to pop out.  This is just a pile of junk now.  I have contacted the company.  But they sure don't like to return messages when they know something is wrong with their product.
