Low cal noodles

Have been keto and no grain for 2 years. Have tried a lot of "pasta substitutes"
This pasta is a bit high carb, but one package will make 4 large servings. This is, without a doubt, the BEST pasta I have eaten in 2 years of keto. Boiled for 3 minutes, then topped it with grilled chicken in homemade alfredo sauce. PLEASE Sams, keep carrying this product. I will continue purchasing it forever. It is that good!

EXCELLENT pasta!

I love to cook and I love to make healthy meals. This has been by far the best pasta dupe that I have tried. I usually stick with zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash because I can't have pasta because I need gluten-free. This is very similar in taste and texture to handmade pasta. Ready in 3 minutes makes it perfect for times that I haven't meal prepped. 4g of carbs per serving is amazing. I cannot recommend this enough!

The Best Pasta Dupe

This pasta is delicious! I have four kids ages 9,6,3 and 1 and they all loved it - including myself! We're a gluten free household and this was such a pleasant surprise for us. Bonus that it has cauliflower in it. My kids enjoyed it with just Parmesan sprinkled on top and I had it with pesto. Yum! Please keep this in stock!

My kids love it!

Been gluten free for over 3 yrs now.  Have tried the faux konjac noodles, pasta made from rice flour, corn meal/corn flour & have basically given up on pasta—until these!  I thought the product I bought was called a GF cauliflower egg noodle.  They were delicious!!!  They actually tasted like the homemade egg noodles my grandma used to make when I was a kid.  I hope SAMS will offer this product again & at the $8/2-pk price too!

Amazing!

This pasta is absolutely delicious. You cannot tell that it is not regular pasta. It tastes so fresh and so good unlike any dry pasta I've ever had. However, just know that it is not specifically cauliflower pasta as far as low carb. There is potato starch and tapioca starch in the ingredients. If you're just trying to avoid gluten, is this is definitely the kind of pasta that you want. If you're trying to avoid carbs you may need to look elsewhere.

Delicious pasta but misleading

Really wanted to like this pasta, but it tastes like a dirty fish tank smells. There is good GF fresh pasta on the market, and this is not it.

I want to like there

Taste, texture and smell were all horrible will not buy again.
