Very authentic. Great product just cooked up a pot of rice and had dinner for the family.

Authentic Cajun

Grew up in South Louisiana. This is good etouffee! Authentic to what we cooked and ate. Would recommend and will purchase again. it's just so easy, especially on busy work days.

This is the biggest waste of 16.00 dollars that I have bought in a long time. The crawfish is no bigger that a blackeyed pea. More like water soup,

Broussard's Crawfish Etouffee

As someone from New Orleans, I was looking forward to trying this, but was sadly disappointed. It was more like a flavorless soup with mini chewy crawfish tails. I have never seen crawfish tails so small. The only flavor was from the crawfish and not in a good way. It looked and tasted like water.  Threw out the second bag without even cooking.

Do not waste your money

GROSS.  Flavorless. Chunky onions and tomatoes and small fishy crawfish.  Worst purchase ever!
