This was my first laser copier after using ink jets for years and replacing ink cartridges every other month. After reading reviews on the set up of different models, I decided to give the Brother all in one a try. Wow, even I could set this thing up without any issues and I am not tech savy. The color is great and even, It prints nice and fast and I even can print from my phone with the app. The only down side so far is when printing from your phone it will not do 2 sided.

I have a small home-based business and used to print everything from my regular computer printer. I hated how long it took to print longer documents and how difficult it was to do 2-sided documents. This printer is my current favorite purchase! I love everything about it. It's small enough to fit easily into my business space, but it has so many functions of larger copy machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As per my agreement with Brother, I have agreed to share my experiences with this printer in exchange for the printer itself.
I have installed the printer and used it for 48 hours.  The printer appears to be an excellent product.  Installations was straightforward and simple.  The printer is quieter than other laser printer I have used.  It appears to be faster as well.  There are a lot of features on this machine with the clear display being one of them.  Switching between tasks is easy and that large, clear display makes it effortless.

I have been using the color Laser printer for about 2 months now and I must say I'm impressed. The printer has been working flawlessly and I have used it for copying and scanning. I also installed the app. for your phone and that also works great. The only thing the app. needs improvement on is it doesn't do 2 sided copy. The unit was also easy to set up, no tech.  help required.

Great value and product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this printer was delivered I was surprised by the size of the box. Once I opened the box I realized the extra large packaging was to accommodate the packing materials. This printer was wrapped very securely. Set up was very easy and I was able to quickly connect to my WiFi as well as computer and tablet. 
The quality of the materials I have printed thus far has been great. I have printed everything from a few lines of print to double-side catalog pages full of pictures. 
Overall I am very glad I selected this printer as the replacement for my old home office printer. I look forward to years of quality printing.

After 2 weeks works as advertised.  Quieter than the old inkjet.

Expect fewer problems than my old inkjet.

Bought January 2023 and we have loved it. However it is now one year later, March 2024, and it has stopped working. Green light is on but screen is blank. Unplugged several times but no luck.

Lasted one year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was asked to participate in a product test for what I thought was going to be an at-home color printer. After completing the product test, I was told I could keep the printer. That's good because the thing is MASSIVE and it weighs so much that I was worried about my back. So this plastic monolith will now sit in my pseudo-home office, taking up about 4 cubic feet of space.
