As a coffee lover, I was excited to try the Rocky Mountain Thunder Coffee, and I was not disappointed. The taste was robust and bold, and I enjoyed every drop. What impressed me the most about this coffee was that it didn't leave a strong aftertaste, and the acidity was mellow. I typically avoid dark coffee because they can be too forward and strong, but this one was surprisingly good. Overall, I highly recommend this coffee to anyone who loves a bold and smooth brew.

A Surprisingly Smooth and Bold Brew

I really like this coffee it’s smooth just very little bitter but not bad at all. I have a Keurig and you can smell the coffee in the whole house. Sometimes other expensive brands are very expensive and acidic.I recommend this coffee good price and good flavor.

Boyer’s Coffee K-Cup

I received my coffee about 3 days ago and was very excited to open it because I’m a coffee lover! As soon as open the box you can smell the delicious coffee beans in each pot. I’ve been using other coffee pots but nothing compares to this coffee brand the taste is incredible is like waking up in a cabin in the middle of the forest. The taste notes of this coffee are fresh, a dark chocolate and toffee. It has a full to medium body overall very please with this product!

Very happy and content with this coffee!

Decided to make this my first cup of the day. Instantly had a great aroma not overwhelmingly strong. For a dark roast I would say it’s on the lighter side. Overall had a great flavor not too bold and very smooth for a dark roast sometimes you get that biting bitter after taste with a dark roast but not with this one. I tried it first just black to really get a feel for the flavor the. Enjoyed it with my favorite vanilla creamer, blended nicely, I would purchase in the future.

Smooth, Robust And flavorful

We are coffee lovers and Boyer’s Coffee dark roast is perfect! The single serve pods are ideal for our different morning routines, as we can each  enjoy a cup of our hot Boyer’s dark roast at different times. Since they’re recyclable, it makes it even easier to love them!

Perfection!

This product was used in lou of our normal go to coffee we make at home before work each day.  For context, we use a Instant pot single serve coffee maker.  I would say the product description is spot on.  It’s bold but not bitter and definitely has a smokiness to it.  The coffee is actually very good but my husband and I both enjoy dark roast coffee and enjoy that smoky flavor.  My only negative and why I gave this 4 stars is it’s not as dark as we prefer and in the photos I provided a comparison to our go to and you can clearly see the difference.  I don’t drink black coffee but I could drink this black if I had to because of the lack of bitterness.  Finally, I love the pull tab that many other brands don’t have.  That’s really helpful if you are one who likes to recycle.

Description is spot on!

I used this with a keurig in the mornings.  This Kcup comes with a bright purple lid drawing your eye to it when mixed in with other Kcups.  It fits perfectly in the kcup location.  Smells bold has a pleasant dark color before adding cream.  Excellent flavor for a Keurig coffee.  The only reason its 4 star instead of 5 is because it is not as good as brewed coffee, however it is the best keurig coffee we have ever had.

Rocky Mountain Thunder a great morning coffee

Boyer's Coffee intrigued me with its dark, smoky aroma as it was brewing. The delicious smell that filled my kitchen reminded me of sitting in a cafe enjoying a cup of coffee with a friend. The taste was unique. Tasting it before adding in my creamer, the taste was bold and bitter, but energizing with a hint of “this will wake me up right!” I enjoy dark roasts the most, and this was just a touch milder than I was expecting. It didn’t take away from the great taste, it is just an observation. I add sugar free vanilla creamer to my coffee. When paired with Boyer’s coffee it was very complimentary and made for a very delicious cup of Joe! 10/10 would definitely buy this again.

Dark, delicious and bold cup of coffee!

I don't normally buy dark roast coffee, but this wasn't as bitter as most other dark roast coffee I have tried.  Lots of dark roast coffee has an almost burned flavor as well, but this was a lot smoother and even a little sweet. It smells great as well. I drink it with creamer and sugar, but my husband drinks it black and liked it as well.

We will still probably drink medium roast coffee mostly, but this is probably my favorite dark roast I've tried.

Pretty good for a dark roast

As advertised, this is an intense cup of coffee. Very bold in flavor but if you like dark, you'll like the Rocky Mountain Thunder. I found I was drinking multiple cups of coffee each day if I had light or medium roasts so I've moved to dark roasts and find them much more satisfying. I also like my coffee black and bold and this didn't disappoint. Boyer gets a huge bonus for taking the steps to be recyclable! Just peal the lid, empty the used coffee grounds into a container to use in your garden and throw the cup in your recycling.

A strong cup of coffee!

I tried this coffee on a Monday morning at home.  I wanted to see if it would help me get going for the week.  It had a strong aroma and looked dark in color. It's flavor was robust and bold.  It had a strong aftertaste.
